Meet The Dentist

Ronald C. Ritsert, D.D.S. has been a practicing dentist in the west suburbs since 1984. After graduating with Highest Honors from the University of Illinois at Champaign, he attended the University of Illinois College of Dentistry, receiving his D.D.S. degree in 1984. He has practiced since that time in Oak Park and Oak Brook. Dr. Ritsert is also the Staff Dentist at Beacon Hill Retirement Center in Lombard, a position he has held since 1996.

Dr. Ritsert views the relationship between dentist and patient as the most important aspect of dental practice. “I make it a point to listen carefully to all my patients” he says. “I want to be sure that I know what my patients want, and I also want to be sure that we have answered all their questions. All of my staff and I will do everything we can to make your experience in our office a good one. We love what we do because we love our patients!”

When not seeing patients in his office, you might find Dr. Ritsert working in his garden or restoring his historic home in the west suburbs. Dr. Ritsert sings in his church choir, plays bridge with his wife, Katherine, and enjoys classical music. He and his wife also like to travel and go camping, and they spend as much time as they can with their four young grandchildren.
