Geriatric Dentistry

As we grow older, we often develop special dental needs. Some of these are naturally occurring, such as a dry mouth, and some are due to medications or specific surgical procedures and require specific understanding and diligence.

Dr. Ritsert has worked with seniors for over a decade as the Staff Dentist at Beacon Hill Retirement Center in Lombard. He has always enjoyed the life experience that the senior brings to his practice, and he takes special pride in being able to help his mature patients continue to maintain excellent dental health throughout their lives.

Dr. Ritsert has years of experience fitting natural looking and comfortable dentures and removable partial dentures, as well as all other aspects of restoration dentistry for older patients.
